2. Non-Custodial Nature of Cabana and the Website

Latitude Tech Trust (BVI) does not facilitate brokerage, custody, payment, escrow, or merchant services. We are not registered with securities regulators and are not a bank or custodial institution.

You retain control of your digital assets through your personal wallet. Latitude Tech Trust (BVI) does not recommend specific wallets. It is your responsibility to select a secure and appropriate wallet.

You are responsible for paying all blockchain fees (e.g., gas fees) necessary to use the Website. Latitude Tech Trust (BVI) is not liable for any losses arising from improper transactions or third-party fees.

3. Disclaimer

User error, such as forgotten passwords, mistyped addresses, or accidental transactions;
Smart contract failures or bugs, whether in contracts maintained by us or third parties;
Blockchain network issues, including congestion, forks, or reorgs;
Third-party wallet or service vulnerabilities;
Hacks, exploits, or malicious activity beyond our control;
Price slippage, liquidity issues, or market volatility.

All digital assets are held in your self-custodied wallet. You are solely responsible for managing your keys and safeguarding your funds. We cannot recover lost or stolen assets under any circumstances.

By using the Website, you accept full responsibility for evaluating your transactions and assume all risks associated with digital asset protocols, including potential exploits, software failures, or actions taken by third parties.
